WHAT IS A HEALING CRISIS?
Sometimes clients feel "worse" after a session. They may feel tired, drained or physically ill. This is often referred to as a Healing Crisis, which simply means there has been a shift and your body is adjusting.
Clients usually feel relief in less than 24 hours. Medical attention should be sought if needed.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A REIKI SESSION?
As often as you feel. A lot of my clients schedule appointments bi-weekly and monthly. It's up to how you are feeling and what your needs are.
One session is not recommended, maintenance is encouraged.
